These terms cover using the Legwork website, job board and app. Legwork is run by Legwork, Chesterfield, Derbyshire.

For businesses

The price is the published rate per 1,000 leaflets shown when you book, with a minimum order shown at the same time.
You supply the leaflets and tell us where walkers collect them. You're responsible for what's printed on them.
You can cancel free of charge until your job is on the job board.
We invoice once your job is on the board. Payment is due within 14 days.
Walkers skip properties showing a "no junk mail" or "no leaflets" sign, and follow the notes you give us where it's safe and lawful.
Routes are recorded by phone GPS. They show which streets were walked, not proof of delivery to each individual letterbox. If you think part of a zone was missed, tell us within 7 days of the zone being approved and we'll look at the route with you.

You must be 18 or over.
You're self-employed, not an employee or worker of Legwork. You decide whether to take a zone, when to walk it within its dates and hours, and how long you take.
Pay for a zone is shown before you take it. It's paid by bank transfer after we approve the zone, on the Friday after approval.
Deliver one leaflet to every letterbox in your zone, except where a sign says not to. Never dump or bin leaflets. Bring back any you have left.
Keep the Legwork app recording from your first door to your last. We may not approve a zone if the route doesn't show the streets were walked.
Hand back a zone you can't do before its dates run out.
You're responsible for your own tax and National Insurance, and for walking safely.

Keep your account details to yourself and tell us if you think someone else is using your account.
We can close an account that breaks these terms.
Nothing in these terms limits rights you have by law.
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
